Had these guys install a new water softener because our old one went to water softener heaven. The two previous companies I had contacted either did not show up or canceled an hour before the scheduled appointment. So I wasted a week and a half because of that. From the initial phone call to the day of install, I was very happy with this company's service. The crew that came were timely, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I was very impressed and will certainly call them up again should a different plumbing issue arise.

Alex and his team took care of a defective gas valve on our 3-year-old water heater. From the time of the initial problem, Alex was very professional, kind, and thorough. He informed me that the problem was most likely with the gas valve and that, if the problem happened again, the gas valve would need to be replaced. Sure enough, it happened again. Alex was able to get a new part and have it installed in a very timely manner. There was, however, a hairline fracture in the new gas valve, and the strong gas smell was something I just was not comfortable leaving alone overnight. I let Alex know about the gas smell, and within just a couple of hours, he was back at the house (even late in the evening) checking for the leak. He found it quickly, and honored his warranty by being back at my house within 12 hours with another new gas valve. All is well and working now! I cannot offer praise that is high enough for Alex and his team. Not once did I feel they were blowing me off or in such a rush that they did not really care about the quality of their work. A friend of mine recommended Sosa Plumbing so I called them when our sink kept backing up and the garbage disposal stopped working. They had an appointment available for me in less than 24hrs. Alex and Jordan arrived early to assess the issue and then left to grab the appropriate parts from the store since we needed a certain item. Jordan returned, expeditiously completed the repair, and left everything looking better than it did before. They were so polite and friendly and the price was perfect. Jordan even took extra time to listen to other concerns I had around the house and recommended the steps we could go to fix the issues. Definitely will be using again and will be recommending them to everyone who needs a plumber!

Jordan and Isaiah installed a new dishwasher for me. They showed up promptly on time and quickly had the old, broken dishwasher out of the house. They were very careful and respectful of my house and my new dishwasher as they maneuvered it into place, which I really appreciated. They got everything hooked up and working in about an hour.
